The 3D fiber laser marking machine combines fiber laser technology with a three-dimensional dynamic focusing system, breaking through the limitations of traditional 2D plane marking and possessing the following core functions:
1. 3D curved surface processing capability
Special-shaped surface marking: supports fine marking on inclined, cylindrical, spherical and stepped workpiece surfaces without strict plane requirements.
Dynamic focusing technology: ensures uniform light spots at all positions on the curved surface by real-time adjustment of the laser focal length and the three-axis scanning system, eliminating defocus deformation.
Large-range processing: standard 110×110mm marking format, optional 200×200mm large-format processing, to meet the needs of complex curved surfaces and large-size workpieces.
2. Efficient and precise performance
High-speed galvanometer system: using imported high-speed 3D galvanometers, combined with short-pulse, high-peak power lasers, to achieve an engraving speed of 600 characters/second, and the processing efficiency is more than 3 times higher than that of traditional equipment.
Ultra-fine precision: The fiber laser outputs a fundamental mode beam, and the focused spot diameter is less than 20μm, which can complete micron-level precision marking (such as integrated circuit chips, watch parts, etc.).
Depth control: The software tracks the focus position in real time to achieve precise control of deep engraving and ensure consistent depth.
3. Material and industry adaptability Multi-material compatibility: It can process metals (stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.), some non-metals (plastics, ceramics, glass), leather, packaging materials, etc.
Wide industry applications: Covering electronic communications (mobile phone components, chips), automobile manufacturing (parts identification), medical devices, jewelry, food packaging and other fields.

4. Intelligent operation Specialized control software: The independently developed 3D marking software supports automatic graphics correction, realizes the interactive design of "what you see is what you get", can quickly import three-dimensional models and generate processing paths.
